1. Plan and control PM (Preventive Maintenance) and troubleshooting for machinery such as Transformers, MDBs, MCCs, air conditioners, chillers, and motor control circuits efficiently.
2. Analyze and resolve machinery problems.
3. Oversee the repair and maintenance of malfunctioning machinery to ensure it is in ready-to-use condition.
4. Prepare spare parts.
5. Prepare machinery usage reports and user manuals.
6. Define scope of work and estimate costs for maintenance projects.
7. Coordinate with the production, warehouse, purchasing, and other relevant departments.
8. Supervise the work of contractors.
9. Provide guidance to the team and relevant departments.
10. Able to conduct employee training in related fields.
1. Male, age 24-38 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
3. Experience in factory electrical system maintenance.
4. Experience in managing electrical system maintenance for chemical plants or similar facilities.
5. 1+ years of experience.
